Make sure to firstly uninstall any 3rd Party Antiviruses. Examples of these are Malwarebytes, Avast, McAfee and many more. Click me to view a full list of 3rd party antiviruses you might have.

Disable Real-Time Protection in Windows Security You can also add exclusions on the bottom of the page to keep your loaders from getting deleted occasionally.
